We have a private equity “buy side” track record and top-tier family business and succession planning advisory experience.

Our unique skill set allows us to:

  • Truly understand what matters to potential buyers and the factors that drive value, ultimately leading to a higher price for a seller

  • Advise businesses exploring a potential sale (private equity, trade, IPO)

  • Ask the right questions of both buyers and sellers to facilitate a smooth transaction for both parties

  • Efficiently understand a market / sector to provide shareholders with confidence in the outsourcing of their M&A capability

  • Bring EQ to each transaction to help guide stakeholders through what is typically a once-in-a-lifetime event

Whatever your growth or succession plans, Mallee can partner with you early in the process to help achieve your objectives and drive value.
